The Al-Nassr and Portugal star has settled with his former club Juventus over unpaid wages accrued during his time in Serie A.

He is said to be owed 19.9 million euros by the Bianconeri. And after repeated attempts to recover the amount, Ronaldo has decided to take legal action against Juventus. The Italian newspaper Gazzetta has reported that he made this decision after consulting the Turin prosecutor's office.

Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in Turin after a career-defining 10-year spell at Real Madrid. His stay in Turin saw him add two Serie A titles, a Copa Italia title and a Supercoppa Italiana. He left Juventus in 2021 after a three-year stay after scoring 101 goals in 134 appearances.

In recent times, Juventus seem to have amassed a reputation for abusing players as Ronaldo is not the only one to have had legal battles with the Bianconeri.

Leonardo Bonucci, who spent most of his professional career at the club and is now at Union Berlin, is also set to sue over training conditions.
